ENGR. FORTUNATO H. AMOSCO - PSPE NATIONAL PRESIDENT 2009-2012
Seventy two (72) years ago, from a humble but dignified beginning born a healthy child with a brilliant mind in the name of FORTUNATO H. AMOSCO. Educated in elementary and secondary school in Juban Sorsogon., this young “uragon” moved to Manila to finish both his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Degree at the MAPUA Institute of Technology (MIT). As if it was not enough, he moved to Aquinas University to take up and finish his Civil Engineering Degree. Taking every available opportunity, he successfully passed licensure examination for Master Plumber, Master Electrician, Associate Electrical Engineer, Civil Engineer, Professional Mechanical and finally Professional Electrical Engineer.
